Forms that are available to download for members:

Membership Form - use this to become a club member

Trip Registration Form - use this to register for a club trip. Whitewater rafting trips are $40/person/day, and we generally run the river both Saturday and Sunday.

Guide Training Informed Passenger Reservation Form - Guides and informed passengers will use this to register for the Guide Training Weekend.

Liability and Indemnity Agreement - this is our waiver that must be signed on the day of the trip. Print out and bring with you, or we will have these on site.

How do I sign up for a trip?

Thanks for your interest in going on a BEWET Trip!

  1. If you aren't already a member and paid for this year, join the club by filling out the membership form and sending in the appropriate fee to our membership chairperson.
  2. Fill out a trip reservation form and send it with your payment to the trip leader of the trip you're interested in. View our upcoming trips.
  3. Receive an information packet from the trip leader about where to meet, camping location, what to bring, etc.
  4. Go on the trip and have fun!
