Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Discover Pass: Starting July 1, 2011 a WDFW Discover Pass required to access state recreation lands and water access sites (including State Parks). Weekly trips do not usually include launching from one of these sites (so a pass is NOT needed) but they are required for select water access sites around the state (Lake Washington and Lake Union not included). Water access points that do require a pass can be found here.
